By entering crownfrequencysound.com and any of its sovereign spaces, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below. These terms govern your access to the Sovereign Nation of Divine Law — Aetherion — its portals, its offerings, its content, and its communications.

Crown Frequency utilizes automated content publishing technology to distribute original sovereign media, music, and art across third-party social platforms on behalf of the platform operator.

I. The Nation

The Sovereign Nation of Divine Law — Aetherion — is a private sovereign platform founded and operated by Olajawaun Gooch (King OG). It is not a corporation, franchise, or commercial entity in the conventional sense. It is a living nation built on five pillars: Sound, Art, Food, Land, and Nation. All offerings, memberships, and content exist in service of that sovereign mission.

II. Your Entry

By submitting any form, purchasing any offering, or enrolling in any membership tier on this platform, you voluntarily enter into a relationship with the Sovereign Nation. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

III. Memberships & Offerings

Membership tiers — including Seekers, Resonance Circle, Sacred Archive, Crown Guardian, and Patron tiers — grant access to sovereign spaces, content, and community as described at the time of enrollment. Pricing, access levels, and benefits may evolve as the nation grows.

All sales of digital products, prints, and original artwork are final. Physical print orders are fulfilled through third-party print partners. Commissions are governed by separate commission agreements issued at the time of engagement.

IV. Communications

By submitting your contact information through any form on this platform, you consent to receive communications from the Sovereign Nation of Divine Law via email and, where you have provided a phone number, via SMS. These communications include membership updates, gate announcements, content drops, offering notifications, and sovereign cycle correspondence.

You may withdraw consent to SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. You may unsubscribe from email communications via the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of prior communications.

V. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including paintings, music, writings, teachings, visual design, recordings, and the Crown Frequency Sound catalog — is the sovereign intellectual property of Olajawaun Gooch and the Sovereign Nation of Divine Law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without express written permission from the Operator.

VI. Limitation of Liability

The Sovereign Nation of Divine Law provides its platform, content, and offerings in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the thirty days preceding the claim.

VII. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

VIII. Changes to These Terms

The Sovereign Nation reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
